After the samples have been approved, we will move on to next step --manufacture apparel.Once you are happy with the fit samples and fabrics etc. Best-link will grade your patterns, inspect the fabric and accessory; arrange lay-planning and marker-making; make fabric-spreading;start cutting,sorting, bundling and numbering; put on fusing; ready to sew,under pressing and trimming; and finish final pressing.The bulks will be ready in 4-8 weeks after getting the confirmation of the finalized sample.QC teams will inspect the apparent quality of the garment include the workmanship, fabric faults.color shading and measurements,etc. And then solve any problems before packaging.

1. PRE-PRODUCTION - FABRICS - SAMPLES

While we are grading your patterns, we will source certain types trims we use most often for producing clothes. Or we can use your recommended suppliers.

To minimize shrinkage problems, the fabrics are sent for a pr-shrunk wash.Fabrics must be inspected piece by piece carefully to ensure there are no fabric faults. Any changes to the details like fitting, print colors, size, position will be finalized in a pre-production sample before bulk apparel production starts.

2. BULK APPAREL PRODUCTION

Best-link has full-time product development experts, experienced patter cutters;skilled technician and workers;production managers, and quality control specialists to supervise the whole process so you are 100% satisfied.

After confirmation and receiving of the final approved samples, purchase order, artwork and the down-payment, the lead times for manufacturing apparel will generally take from 4-8 weeks.

3. QUALITY ASSURANCE

We strive to create quality products that will keep your customers coming back. Our own QC teams will perform standard quality control checks fix any problems before packaging. Except the apparent quality,garments will be measured to check the bust girth, waist girth,garment length and sleeve length to meet the data in the specification.

4. PACKAGING

In the clothing manufacturing world, we understand that details and attitude determine success or failure. Best-link strictly comprises the packaging instructions from the customer such as: a) the way how the garments should be folded; b)the packed dimension of the folded garments; c)the size/color/quantity assortment in each package; d) the packing materials and their method of application;e) the package dimensions;f) marking on the packages.
